Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our furniture product lines, including features, materials, and design options. Stay updated on the latest industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Sales and Consultation: Assist customers in choosing the perfect furniture pieces that suit their style, space, and budget. Provide expert guidance on coordinating furniture sets and complementary décor items.

Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional furniture and accessories to enhance the customer's shopping experience.

Product Presentation: Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom floor. Ensure that all furniture displays are well-maintained, clean, and arranged attractively.

Order Processing: Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth transaction process from selection to delivery.

Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues professionally and promptly. Strive to achieve customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team sales targets and contribute to a positive and motivated work environment.

Qualifications:

Sales Experience: Previous experience in furniture sales or a related field is preferred, but we are also open to enthusiastic individuals with a strong sales background in other industries.
